* เลือก icon “โทรศัพท์”
* เลือก “เจ้าของระบบ”
* เลือก “อนุมัติ” ปุ่มสีเหลือง เพื่ออนุมัติอุปกรณ์โทรศัพท์มือถือให้กับเจ้าของระบบ
* เมื่ออนุมัติเรียบร้อยแล้ว สถานะจะเป็นเป็น“อนุมัติเเล้ว”
### **กรณีต้องการให้มีการเเจ้งเตือน ทุกอุปกรณ์เจ้าของระบบ**
* เลือก “บันทึกเข้า-ออก”
* เลือก “เเจ้งเตือนไปยังอุปกรณ์ในรายการโทรศัพท์
* เลือก “รายการอนุมัติ”
* เลือก “สำเนาการเเจ้งเตือนถึงอุปกรณ์ในรายการโทรศัพท์”
