# สำรองข้อมูลก่อน “คืนค่าวันลา” ให้กับพนักงาน

1. **บันทึกการลา ที่อนุมัติเเล้ว ช่วงเวลาเริ่มตั้งแต่ต้นปีการทำงาน** 
2. **บันทึกการลา ที่รออนุมัติเเล้ว ช่วงเวลาเริ่มตั้งแต่ต้นปีการทำงาน**
3. **จำนวนวันลาคงเหลือ** 
4. **จำนวนวันลาที่ใช้ไป** 

### **วิธีสำรองข้อมูล**

1\. ไปที่เมนู "รายงาน"

1.การทำงานเลือกกลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน ที่ต้องการสำรองข้อมูล\
2.กำหนดวันที่เริ่มต้น สิ้นสุดข้อมูลที่ต้องการ\
3.เลือกประเภทไฟล์ (ประเภทรายงาน) เลือก “บันทึกการลา”\
4.การแสดงผล เลือก “แสดงรายการทั้งหมด”\
5.สถานะ “อนุมัติ”\
6.กด Export

1.เลือกกลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน ที่ต้องการสำรองข้อมูล\
2.กำหนดวันที่เริ่มต้น สิ้นสุดข้อมูลที่ต้องการ\
3.เลือกประเภทไฟล์ (ประเภทรายงาน) เลือก “บันทึกการลา”\
4.การแสดงผล เลือก “แสดงรายการทั้งหมด”\
5.สถานะ “รออนุมัติ”\
6.กด Export

1.เลือกกลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน ที่ต้องการสำรองข้อมูล\
2.เลือกประเภทไฟล์ (ประเภทรายงาน) เลือก “จำนวนวันลาคงเหลือ”\
3.รายงานที่จะให้แสดงในรายงานเพิ่มเติม “วันที่เริ่มเข้าทำงานวันแรก/วันที่เริ่มงานเป็นพนักงานประจำ” (เเล้วแต่การนำข้อมูลไปใช้)\
4.กรณีมี “ลากำหนดเอง” ให้เลือกข้อมูลนี้ด้วย \
5.กด Export

### **รายงานวันลาที่ใช้ไป**

1.เลือกกลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน ที่ต้องการสำรองข้อมูล\
2.กำหนดวันที่เริ่มต้น สิ้นสุดข้อมูลที่ต้องการ\
3.เลือกประเภทไฟล์ (ประเภทรายงาน) เลือก “วันลาที่ใช้ไป”\
4.รายงานที่จะให้แสดงในรายงานเพิ่มเติม “วันที่เริ่มเข้าทำงานวันแรก/วันที่เริ่มงานเป็นพนักงานประจำ” (เเล้วแต่การนำข้อมูลไปใช้)\
5.กรณีมี “ลากำหนดเอง” ให้เลือกข้อมูลนี้ด้วย \
6.กด Export
